I believe people are engaging each other more to create work on projects that feel new and inspired. And they’re doing it with the truest sense of positivity, collaboration, and a hope to do something new and good for the world. With this will come the inevitable extinction of industry assholes and jerks. The new economy of design and advertising will thrive on contributors and doers, not the takers and the haters.
