Many designers find it extremely difficult to produce unless they are working to severe deadlines. I’m not one of them. To my thinking that means one lacks the opportunity to savour the sensual pleasure of doing it. I find deadlines similar to the condition induced by a brand of beer in the Cameroons. Here one passes directly from sobriety to hangover, without an intervening stage of drunkenness.
