We’ll take a look at what’s happening around us. We’ll decide what’s good and what’s bad. We’ll try to optimize: to do more of the good and less of the bad. We’ll make a plan. Along the way, some of the things we thought will always work will break, and something we didn’t know could exist will start working.
We’ll make new tools, and abandon old tools. Some where along the way, something unexpected will happen that forces us to change or abandon the plan we made and we’ll find ourselves in a new place. The new place is interesting for several reasons.
